📦 30-Day Return Guarantee

If for any reason you are not happy with your TV antenna, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition, undamaged, with all accessories and packaging.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.
  • Restocking fee: We do not charge restocking fees.

📌 Quick tip: To start a return, simply email us at support@yourshop.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.

💵 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.

  • If you paid by credit card, it may take an additional 3–5 days for your bank to post the refund.
  • If you used a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the same gift card.

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange.

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return label for the exchange.
  • Your new item will be shipped once we receive the original product.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Any product that has been opened or used beyond simple inspection.
  • Items with missing serial numbers or tampered seals.
  • Customized or special-order products.

⚠️ Damaged / Defective Items

If your antenna arrives damaged or does not work as expected, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description (photos are helpful). We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

  2. Wait for our reply with return instructions (and a return label if applicable).
  3. Package the item securely and send it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.
