📦 30-Day Return Guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with your TV antenna, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).
- Condition: Items must be in original condition, undamaged, with all accessories and packaging.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.
- Restocking fee: We do not charge restocking fees.
📌 Quick tip: To start a return, simply email us at support@yourshop.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
💵 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
- If you paid by credit card, it may take an additional 3–5 days for your bank to post the refund.
- If you used a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the same gift card.
🔄 Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label for the exchange.
- Your new item will be shipped once we receive the original product.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Any product that has been opened or used beyond simple inspection.
- Items with missing serial numbers or tampered seals.
- Customized or special-order products.
⚠️ Damaged / Defective Items
If your antenna arrives damaged or does not work as expected, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description (photos are helpful). We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
