Shipping Policy

⏱️ Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Standard (5–8 business days): $5.99 flat rate (FREE on orders over $49).
  • Expedited (2–3 business days): $12.99 flat rate.
  • Express (1–2 business days): $24.99 flat rate.

📌 Free shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $49 (before tax). No promo code needed — it’s automatically applied at checkout.

🌎 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI) with an additional 2–3 days in transit.

  • International shipping: Not available at this time (we’re working on it!).
  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or your Shopify account.

  • Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
  • If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

⚠️ Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather (snow, hurricanes, etc.)
  • Carrier high-volume seasons (holidays, Black Friday, etc.)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses — please double-check your address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. However, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

🔒 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk.
  • Look around your property (porch, garage, mailbox).
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Important: We are not liable for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll work with you on a case‑by‑case basis — please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

📦 Damaged During Shipping

If your antenna arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the box and the damaged product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yourshop.com.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping.

✏️ Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us immediately after placing your order. We can update the address as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

  • Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
